I run structured, inclusive workshops that bring people together around shared challenges. I’m experienced in aligning senior stakeholders, surfacing insights from diverse teams, and building momentum for change.

Strategic Prioritisation & Roadmapping

I translate research and strategic intent into tangible next steps - from content and feature backlogs to phased delivery roadmaps and design principles. I help clients focus on what to do now, next and later.

Capability-Building & Knowledge Transfer

I embed myself in client teams to support long-term impact - shaping tools, rituals and processes that outlast the project. I’ve helped upskill product teams, refine governance models and coach internal researchers and designers.

Team Leadership & Project Direction

I take a calm, strategic lead on complex projects - guiding multidisciplinary teams, supporting junior colleagues and managing delivery across multiple workstreams. I ensure clarity of direction, pace and purpose from start to finish.
